The things that make me happiest in life are my dear husband and our daugthers. My faith in Jesus Christ sustains me every day and gives direction to what I do and focus to who I will become.
Ken spent last Saturday painting half of the family room this gorgeous golden yellow (Sherwin-Williams Harvester color). We are all really excited about it. As more of the room gets painted, I'll add updates.
It looks good- isn't it amazing once you start painting you can't stop! I just has a friend of ours who is a painter here today doing a Foe finish in my bedroom- it turned out so pretty. I will have do do a post on it once I get my Bedroom put back together.
Yellow has never been my favorite color but I am warming up to it. I like it in Becky's kitchen, and I think it looks cheerful and warm on your wall. I will be looking forward to seeing it in person. I'm trying to decide between yellow or green in my kitchen with the red that will be on the cabinets.
I really like the warm colors you chose! Good for you to be bold with the kitchen's red accent. Anything to make the kitchen chores happier.
On your blog site, the dark green and floral print make the blue text hard to read. Maybe a darker font? But otherwise, it is very whimsical and looks like to fun to work on. I won't be attempting such a feat, but am happy to sit back and admire you. I'm also glad to know you. See you in March!

This picture was taken in November 2005 at my sister Becky's wedding. I cherish this photo of my daughters, myself, my mother & my grandmother.
Jesus Christ, My Savior & Redeemer
I love Jesus Christ. I am grateful to know who He is and what I can do to follow Him. If you click on this lovely painting of Jesus, it will take you to a site which teaches about Him: www.jesuschrist.lds.org
