I had the loveliest Mother's Day! Ken is so amazing. He cooked breakfast & cleaned it up. Then we went to church. When we got home he cooked a fabulous dinner, served it on the china (which meant hand washing), cleaned it up, and then made dessert, and cleaned up again. The kitchen was spic and span! I loved the sweet gifts the girls made for me and the cherished feeling all the loving service gave me. I am grateful to be loved and appreciated. Every mother deserves to be treated as well as I was. Luckily, Ken's mom is also in town here with us, and she enjoyed the special treatment, too. Dad Beckert is a little overwhelmed at the precedent Ken has set, now that Mom Beckert has been spoiled for Mother's Day. Good luck topping Ken's feat, Dad B!

Nice pictures. The girls are so beautiful and growing so fast....especially Ky. I enjoyed talking to you today, and hearing the details of your special day. Thank you for the post about the book, "Recovering Charles". A friend gave it to me for Christmas and I have not read it yet. I love this song. That's enough to get me started on the book. I Love you!
ReplyDeleteWow, a great day for a great mom!
ReplyDeleteI am not letting Connie see this, I am with Don, Ken needs to tone it down a bit. JK. You have the cutest girls. Thanks by the way for letting me stay with you in December. Almost tried again for a week ago, but I needed to work while I was not in court, and I would have been too tempted to talk. Randy
