Lizzie was so happy to have Little Grandma come visit!
Lizzie wanted an "Eve" Cake--the Eve from Wall*EYesterday, Lizzie turned "a whole hand" old--yep, the big number 5! She was so happy that Little Grandma could come visit for the day. She also really wanted her good friend, Carson Sainsbury, and his family to come for dinner and to swim. Well, due to global warming, we enjoyed the nicest July 13th in memory--about 76 degrees for the high! So, we enjoyed a yummy outside BBQ and then visited and played with Grandma & the Sainsburys. Thanks to everyone who remembered her big day with calls, cards, and gifts. We appreciate you all.
This is a sweet post. I love it when family members put up new things. Cute Lizzie a whole five years old! I was so tickled to be there for the celebration. It was a very fun day. Lizzie was so happy and animated all day long. I enjoyed playing with all of the children. I will just have to get me some of those Bendaroos! I must still be a kid at heart.

ReplyDeleteI can't believe that she is 5 already! Time flies! She has grown into an adorable little girl. I'm jealous of the wonderful mild weather that you enjoyed that day...it was 96 here!
